Welcome to StayHub.sa! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which connects Hosts and Guests for accommodations and experiences. By using StayHub, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you may not use our services.
What StayHub Offers
StayHub facilitates connections between Hosts (who list accommodations) and Guests (who book them). We are not a real estate broker, travel agent, or insurer. Transactions and agreements are directly between Hosts and Guests.
Key Policies:
Cancellation Policy: Outlined in Exhibit A.
Privacy Policy: Describes how we handle your data. See Exhibit B.
Definitions:
Guest: The individual or entity booking accommodations. Guests must comply with Saudi laws, respect property rules, and pay all charges.
Host: The individual or entity listing accommodations. Hosts must provide valid documentation (e.g., proof of authority, identity, and ownership) and comply with Saudi regulations.
Listing: The public profile of an accommodation, including details like pricing, photos, and amenities.
Accommodation: The property listed for short-term rental, which must meet safety, hygiene, and legal standards.
Platform: StayHub’s website and app, which facilitate bookings and payments.
Host Responsibilities: Ensure accommodations comply with Saudi laws, safety standards, and cultural norms. Provide accurate Listing information and maintain property conditions.Handle Guest disputes independently; StayHub does not mediate.
Guest Responsibilities: Pay all booking fees and follow Host rules.Respect the property and comply with Saudi laws during the stay.Adhere to the Cancellation Policy.
Pricing and Payments: Hosts set their own prices, including base rates, weekend rates, and discounts.StayHub may adjust service fees and will notify Hosts of changes. Payments are processed securely, and taxes are handled in compliance with Saudi regulations.
Limitation of Liability: StayHub is not liable for:Property damage or Guest misconduct.Disputes between Hosts and Guests.Loss of revenue or third-party claims.Hosts and Guests assume all risks associated with using the platform.
Compliance with Saudi Laws: Hosts must ensure accommodations comply with:Saudi legal and safety standards.Sharia law and cultural norms (e.g., gender-specific facilities for female Guests).Licensing requirements from the Saudi Ministry of Tourism.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement. StayHub may suspend accounts for breaches of these Terms or legal violations.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be governed by Saudi law and resolved in Riyadh courts.
Exhibit A: Cancellation Policy
Guest Cancellations: Full refund if canceled 7+ days before check-in. No refund within 7 days.
Host Cancellations: Full refund to Guests. Hosts must notify Guests within 24 hours.
Force Majeure: Rebooking or partial refund may be offered.
Exhibit B: Privacy Policy:
We collect and use personal data to provide services, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Exhibit D: Smart Lock Agreement: Hosts receive one free smart lock with an annual subscription (1,800 SAR/year). StayHub handles installation and configuration. Hosts are responsible for maintenance and compliance with local regulations.
